Travel: Calculated based on your wedding venue's location

Accommodation: For venues over 150 miles from London, accommodation must either be provided or covered by an additional fee

Song requests: Personalised music outside our repertoire list, from £10 per request depending on the piece and arrangement time required. A popular choice for a bridal entrance, signing of the register, or married couple's exit

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak wedding season (May-September). That said, we're always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings where our diary allows, so please get in touch even if your wedding is coming up soon.

  • Yes. We're happy to learn and arrange personalised song requests outside our usual repertoire, a popular choice for the bridal entrance, signing of the register, or married couple's exit. See our add-ons above for pricing.

  • We're happy to extend our playing time on the day, subject to availability. Overtime is charged at £40 per 15 minutes for a duo, or £60 per 15 minutes for a trio, and is agreed on the day and payable before we leave the venue.

  • Yes, we perform at weddings and events across the UK. Travel costs are calculated based on your venue's location, and for venues over 150 miles away, accommodation must either be provided or covered by an additional fee. See our add-ons above for full details.

  • Yes, every package is available as either a duo (flute and harp, flute and viola, or viola and harp) or the full trio. Let us know your preference, or we're happy to advise based on your venue and the atmosphere you're going for.
